Oh really? Our membership applications include a separate application to the CCGTCC. We have always encouraged membership in the CCGTCC. ALWAYS! If by "do all they can" means making CCGTCC membership manditory, then no, we aren't.

Chapters have been free to do just that for more than seven months. I don't know of one that has. Not one. I can't say it enough, you are trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist.
