Bob; On every club membership application into the CC & GTCC there is a place to indicate if you want your name and address published in the club directory. This is not unusual. Many coin clubs I belong to provide the same courtesy. Many collectors do not want their address divulged, or don't want it known that they are a collector for fear of burglary. Mr. Eisenstadt was not entitled to receive that information since he was not a National club officer NOR a Chapter club officer entrusted to have access to that information. It's that simple. There is no argument. Period!
