It's that time again, our next general membership meeting will be held on March 18, 2012 at Bally's Hotel and Casino. It starts at
11:00 sharp in one of their beautiful ballrooms, don't miss it.

Other important dates to remember are: June 20-23, 2012 which is the National Convention at the South Point Hotel and Spa in
Las Wages. And, Alan McCurdy announced that the Greg Susong's night will be June 19, 2012 at the the Palms Hotel and Casino,
starting time 5:30.

HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR LAST MEETING
There were 47 members and 5 guests attended the January meeting.

50/50 WINNERS: $75.00 Mr. Frank Gregor, $50.00 Mr. Ross Poppel, and $25.00 to Mr. Mark Bernhardt. Mr. Bernhardt donated $5.00
of his winning back to our Club. Thank You Mr. Bernhardt.

Club Auction: There were 27 lots. 8 lots didn't sell. Our club made $28.00. We need more attractive lots for our auction. Please,
Please Please. The club can use the revenue.

Club News
Bereavement Announcements: The Gaming industry is sorry to announce the passing of Mr. Dennis Gomes. Mr.Gomes died
Thursday February 23, 2012. He was only 68. Mr. Gomes owned Resorts Hotel and Casino right here in Atlantic City along with Mr.
Morris Bailey since 2009. Dennis managed properties in A.C. as well as Las Vegas. Dennis leaves behind his wife Barbara, one
son, three daughters, three grandchildren, and a beautiful home in Margate. Dennis will be missed.

Unfortunately, and a little closer to home, Bob Irving's brother Harry has also passed. Harry was a long time member of our club.
John Chopek's ( Past V.P.) brother, Louis has also passed from this world. Our Condolences are shared to Bob and John in their
loss as well as the Gomes family.

On a Brighter Note: I understand we WILL have a SURPRISE guest speaker at this up-coming meeting. It's been a long time
since we have had a guest speaker. This speaker is such a surprise that I do not even know who it is!
