... try Hash House A Go Go, which has casino locations in the M Resort, Imperial Palace and the Plaza downtown. We had friends in town recently, and this was their tenderloin "sandwich" (they were smart enough to share). It was almost as big as a manhole cover. But it's great food at reasonable prices.

It isn't exclusive to Las Vegas, since there are locations in San Diego and Reno, too, but it's worth a trip.
