I was once contacted from someone who told me he has access to casino chips from Nigeria and if I was interested. He didn't ask for any payment, either... and he told me he was from the U.S. State Dept. and traveled there often. I made a call to someone I knew in Washington, to check this guy out... and I was told... "Don't sweat it, John... Chuck is a good guy and he'll follow through with whatever he says." The chips arrived in a few days. No joke -- all true....
