Well, I'm at it again !! This idea for a unique type of Chip Auction came to me last night as I was lying in bed.

The chips in the attached scan will be up for Auction here on the Chip Board and also at the Atlantic City Casino Collectibles Club Meeting this Sunday March 18, 2012.

Here is how it will work:
1. Minimum starting bids will be listed for all chips - see below.

2. You can bid on the chips here on the Board up until 4:00 pm EDT on Saturday March 17, 2012. and the high bids will be posted on the Board shortly after 4:00 pm.

3. All the chips will also be available at the A C Club Auction on Sunday March 18, 2012.

4. The starting bid on Sunday will be the minimum bid or the highest bid that the chips have received on the Board by 4:00 pm Saturday March 17, 2012.

5. As long as the minimum bid price is realized - either here on the Board or at the Sunday meeting the chips will be sold to the highest bidder. Bids above the minimum must be made in $5.00 increments. i.e $100, $105, $110 etc.

6. If you can not make the meeting on Sunday and would like to bid on any chips - I will make proxy bids for you - up to your maximum stated bid which you authorize by email to me prior to 10:00 pm on Saturday March 17, 2012.

6. A 5% Premium will be added to all successful bids. The 5% premium rounded up to the nearest dollar will be paid to the A C Club to be put into the Club's General Funds.

7. All chips that sell for over $100.00 will be sent by insured mail (if not picked up at the meeting) and the purchaser will pay actual shipping costs.

8. This is a great way to get some nice chips and also to help out the A C Club.
