So, to bring the club back to "it's founding fathers dream" we will:

1) Lose at least 1 chapter, hopefully no more
2) Make a lot of people angry at other chapters who strictly inforce the rule
3) Make it OK to lie to national about "guests" not being members

This club was founded on frindship and honesty. The "founding fathers" dream is turning into a nightmare.
