Four Queens - Las Vegas, Nevada (Active - one set per person FOR LIFE)

Luxor Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas, Nevada (No longer active)

Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino - Las Vegas, Nevada (No longer active?)

Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas, Nevada (NEVER HAPPENED)

Sunset Station - Las Vegas (Active)

Tropicana - Las Vegas (Active)

There are few other locations in Reno/Tahoe and a few outside of Nevada but there a not that many casinos using WINCARDS anymore.
