When I'm responding to Andy I'm actually saying to
any chapter member who is not a CC>CC member that
their voice will not be heard on a club level. They
have no power to vote on anything concerning them
directly.

I know that if I were a non-CC>CC chapter member
right now, I would hand deliver my membership
application and dues so I can vote on something
directly concerning me.

I think I'm very accurate in my thinking.

If this proposal should happen to fail, I'm quite
certain there will be a better one right behind it.
