If you are asking based purely on what is the safest and longest lasting, most archival protection for your chips - Airtites are the clear winner over anything. The Airtites are PVC and Acid free and sealed from the environment - air, water and dust will not penetrate. Mylar flips are great protection too, but don't really seal as well. They still have cardboard borders that are usually taped or stapled shut and are still susceptible to water or fluids turning them to mush. That is my opinion anyway.
