1. Highlight the lines that you want to print

2. Click File on the menu bar, then click print (don't use a quick-print option)

3. Make sure your printer is set to Landscape mode

4. There should be an option to print "all" or "pages -- to ---" or "selection"...choose "selection" and it will print only what you highlighted.

But...why not just print the Las Vegas file? Also, if you save the excel file to your computer, you should be able to change the sort order to alphabetical, or by date, or whatever you want. I don't know if you can change the sort order without saving it to your computer. I haven't really played with this file, because I did my own database many years ago...
