I meant to post this earlier but got side tracked.

I can propose a way to make the Capitalist, Communist, Arib Nations, you name it, agree on a common currency.

This example is hypothetical and you can shoot holes in it BUT you can understand that different people can use like money.

Here goes. The New Wizard Of World Banking Order (catchy title?) creates GOLD 1 oz .999 coins only for world currency. Pure gold can be bought worldwide using ANY Currency, right now. So, ALL countries exchange ALL their currency to the New Gold Coins. NO COUNTRY will be shorted. It costs the same price as they pay in their country right now.

What country would object, and why? It is already globally recognized and at consistent a global price. (it changes, but it changes for everyone at the same time). Now, Gold is not the answer, but SOMETHING IS. It is just a matter of agreement. No doubt gold could be agreed upon today!

Do you agree with that concept? (I'm just throwing it out as an example)
