And that is another problem that needs to be addressed, Gene. Personally, I don't think that a Chapter President (or any other Chapter officer) should be allowed to serve as a Chapter Officer if he/she is not a member of CC & GTCC. When the current club officers removed the requirement that ALL chapter members must be members of CC & GTCC this provision did not have to be spelled out. Now that it is no longer required for an individual Chapter Member to hold membership in CC & GTCC it becomes a very important issue. However, if Chapters are eventually disolved, the issue becomes a moot one.
