It may come to exactly that Steve. Perhaps the old Board should not have invited Colorado to affiliate with CC & GTCC after all.... or to accept the concept of Chapters. We thought that we were acting in a responsible manner by encouraging Chapters to form. In hindsight, it may have been a big mistake.
