I seller other things on eBay and have found that Free Shipping helps. I increased the starting price to cover the shipping and have never had a problem or complaint.

As a buyer, I tend to look at the items with free shipping before I look at others (even if the price is a few bucks higher). I will say that shipping is the main reason I have moved from one seller to a different seller. When the shipping costs are dramatically higher than what you know it actually costs to send the item. Those are the sellers I simply ignore.
