What is the difference if current chips from the host casino was used in trading ... or current chips from Hard Rock or any other casino in town were used to consumate a trade? A chip for a chip is a chip for a chip..., is it not? Is the BOD going to monitor every trade to see if a "proper" chip was offered in exchange?
