The little piece of paper with the note came with the chip when I got it.
It (like the other 40 or so chips you decided to rehome ) have been in my "Dear God - I should REALLY throw these away" box for years and years.

The VFW's I found recently on Craigslist. No one has been able to give me any information on them yet.

A stack of them will be going to the CCGTCC for grab bags when I get my butt in gear and put together a package.
