How do you store chips in a binder

I know this has been discussed quite a bit but I have a specific question. Which binder insert page do you use?
I purchased 3 different ones today trying to figure it out and I am just curious what others do.

1. 1.5x1.5 slots 30 to a page, most chips fit in the pages nicely but it seems like the unc ones are just a tad big and I have torn some slots trying to get them in. Also if I need to remove them in order to add some it seems that they are tough to get out.

2. 2x2 slots 20 to a page, If I just put the chip in the slots they seem to fall out if I flip the binder over. I purchased some plastic flips that seem to keep the chip in the page. If I go this route I will need 20 plastic flips plus more pages so it seems as though it might get expensive.

3. 2.5x2.5 slots 12 to a page, I would have to use the white sleeves for these which would be useful since I could write on them but once again it would get expensive per page.

What is everyone else doing with their binders and is there any other option that I am missing. Thanks for any help.
Jason
