I appreciate everyones opinions and I just think that for how much I plan to use it and what I plan to use it for the Ipad would be a little overkill. Also, price is a factor and i think I would be better off taking the extra $100 + and spending it on chips Thanks again and I appreciate all information that was given. Dan R-8220
