I don't know about your post office but I have NEVER seen the Post Master at my post office work the window even when the line extended outside , I am talking 30+ people deep on one window alone. I am in a relatively small town 9,000 people. We also have a full time Assistant Post Master!!!!!!!!!!! That person also does not do WINDOWS!!!!!!!

In my opinion two(2) wasted salaries. Anyone who has a complaint the clerks tell them they now have to file on line. So tell me what the Master or the As. Master now have to do?
