All the services provided would seem to be available to any CC+GTCC member, Peter. The right mentioned are nice but don't seem to be critical to a local group.

It still seems to me an informal or completely separate local club is simpler and less prone to hassles and misunderstandings than a "chapter" that is a member of CC+GTCC and has to provide strict attention to who its members are.
