I had a buyer still me on a $400 item. The buyer ignored repeated invoices, I "opened a case" and the buyer emailed me and said, basically, "sorry, I can't pay for it".
So I close the case out and get the fees credited, but now I look at the buyers account, you CAN'T leave feedback, their rating is 100%, and I can't find any mention of what happened anywhere on their page. Is there any way to view this info on the person's account?
If a buyer has this in their history, shouldn't a seller be able to see it?
