And talk to the supervisor. If what you are shipping is a flat then you tell the supervisor that they need to educate thier employees better. Of course it didn't do much good in my case but you never know.....

They even upgraded my complaint to the regional level and the final determination was.........just ship it however he wants. GEEEEEZ! Of course they made no effort to educate the cage critters.
