I will try and maker this short. The clerk says this is not a flat after I tell her it is. I told her it passes flex test. She tells me it contains an object. My reply was it will go thru your 1/4" slot. Started to get a little loud. She asks the clerk next to her is this a flat. Her reply is I am tired of arguing with him so I send them as flats and if they are returned I don't want to hear about it. I told her I haven't had one returned yet. The clerk I am dealing with still wants to charge me package rate. I said well then how about I just move over to the next window. End of story I gave in and paid the package rate as I had a feeling this one may have been returned. LOL
