I came across this chip on eBay a few years back. It is the same concept as your Ewing Mold chip but with the H&C mold.

I didn't notice the "error" until after I had placed my bid. I was praying that someone would outbid me since this was the time when chip "repairing" was in full swing. I was spooked by it and figured this was a "repaired" chip. I was outbid and was pleased at the time; looking back, I kinda wish I had won the auction. Now all I have is this photo. :-)
