Same price for up to 3 ounces, which will more than cover three chips.
If the chips are shipped as a parcel, which most (but not all) postal employees say it is, it's $1.95 - but only $1.64 with free delivery confirmation if you pay for the postage online. If they're shipped as a large envelope, it's much cheaper.
The correct price is still a point of contention among postal employees and among people on this board. In the past I've shipped chips at the cheaper envelope rate - when told by a postal clerk that that was the correct rate - but a clerk in the destination city thought it should have been a parcel and the person getting the chips had to pay postage due.
I'm not going to have that happen again, so I ship at the parcel rate now, even though many insist that's a waste of money.
