That is what I would do if betting more than the minimums. Why not use the ability to pull your bet down when you hit a losing streak? In the old days thay said when you lose three hands you leave the table. Nowadays you can't because you would be waiting for a seat all night. And being able to reduce your bet is one of the most important money management things you can do.
