I won this auction on 1-21-12 and sent payment right away. The seller informed me that the chips were shipped out and as of February 5th I still hadn't received the chips. I sent the seller a message on Ebay and he responded showing me the address he sent the chips to (Which was right) and told me that if I didn't receive the chips by the 10th that he would issue me a full refund. Well the 10th came and went with out any chips yet but I wasn't going to say anything to the seller yet and was going to give it a few more days. Well I check my e-mail on the 10th and have a message from PayPal saying that the seller issued me a refund and stated the following "Hello, I think this was lost in mail. Here is rfund. If it shows up just keep. Sorry for inconvenience. Thank you, Jason J Balter". I had never even let the seller know that the chips hadn't arrived yet but somehow he alreayd knew that they hadn't.

It might be just me but I really feel like the seller never sent the chips (most likely because he didn't feel they sold for enough) and is now just saying that they were lost in shippment. This really frustraes me as I highly doubt I will be able to replace these chips for the amount of money I won this auction for and I just feel lie i'm being lied to. Now my question is, what should I do about leaving the seller feedback? Should I leave positive since he did refund my money? Neutral because he refunded the item and it was never received? Or Negative because of how the whole thing went down? I understand that things like this can happen and packages get lost in the mail but deep down I just really have a feeling that the seller never even shipped the chips and that just kind of pisses me off.
