If we can get it to our regular PC....

then I can go for it, and, then send the $9 extra per year, for first class mailing, as a donation to the club.

One main draw back that I see is the actual sending out of the e-magazine.

If 25% of the club members want it by e-mail then that's about 400+ e-mail addresses - I know for a fact that AOL will not allow a e-mail out that large. And maybe the size of the e-magazine would need to be downsized somehow because I know that AOL would not allow the current size of the magazine to be e-mailed out - heck I have a hard enough time with the 7 to 10 pages of slot cards or room key listings - sometimes having to split into 2 or more parts plus PDF'ing the files.

I like the idea, we just need to hear what the BOD thinks and maybe they have e-mail options available that we do not know about.
