Here is another case of two different colors. This doesn't just occur with BPOE 99. I have numerous examples of the elk head from other lodges being dark, almost black, then on another chip from the same lodge a reddish color. I don't know how many times people have asked me if I have the brown inlayed Charlevoix Club. All inlays began white.
