When I was in town for the SB show, I stopped in at the reopened Plaza Hotel-Casino downtown.
Oscar Goodman's new restaurant, Oscar's Steakhouse is open in 2nd floor location above the porte cochere overlooking the Fremont St. Experience. Looks like a nice restaurant to try sometime.

It appears that some of the dishes are named after Oscar's previous "clients" or related associates from the old days in LV.
