According to TCR (or at least in TCR12), the Silver Club in Sparks opened in 1963 and closed in 1967, and then opened again from 1987 to 2009. But TCR then lists chips that came into play in the 1970's which is inconsistent with the dates the place was open?

Can anyone confirm if the casino opened and the closed again for another period in the 1970's and if not, why were chips made when the casino was closed?
