Thank you all for the great suggestions. I was kindly given a spreadsheet from an ex-collector that included the names and open/close dates of every LV casino. It has come in very handy and I have kept it completely updated. I haven't looked into the software but will do so.

I haven't been to a show yet. I already go to Vegas once a year (in the fall). At this time, I can't pull off a second trip as I have two kids, wife, etc. etc. I will make it out there someday..... I do harvest while I'm out there though. About 10 chips in my collection were harvested.

My scanner usually does a great job. For these scans, I reduced the DPI to 200 to reduce the drag on everyones computer. I also scanned them in through both the flips and their album pages. That probably led to color issues.
