My recollection is they were sold in numbered sets. I had only been collecting 2-3 years and I think getting this set was the first (and last) time I've been in Longhorn.

In my opinion, the only way a matched set might be scarce is because many collectors didn't collect 25's in those days and lots of the green chips were immediately redeemed at the cage. That's what I did.
