Slot Card and Room Key of the Year. Card/Key OTY, CKOTY.

And as noted by Michael, room keys are the predominant submissions for this OTY category, while it was originally established for Slot Cards (and quickly included room keys).

I should also pointout that the Unofficial OTY Viewing site for Chips, Tokens, Silver Strikes and Slot Cards/Room Keys for the 2012 Awards is already set-up and awaiting submissions!
