I've lived in New Jersey for almost 25 years. I would be extremely disappointed if they changed their name.

I've rooted for the New York Football Giants since the tail end of the Rote/Gifford/Connerly/Summerall days. I always wondered what the Giants looked like playing at Yankee stadium in home blues. However, on the radio, Marty Glickman and DeRo (Al DeRogatis) acted as my eyes and ears at Yankee Stadium and did a wonderful job.

May they be the New York Football Giants wherever they play. Jersey Giants --- sounds very minor league if you ask me.

Then again, I sort of felt the same way about the Brooklyn Dodgers.
