I can use ID's on these chips (even if they are just samples I would like to know). A web search of the Palazzo and Monte Carlo chips gave no reasonable results. Note that the Monte Carlo chip is in Euros but I am reasonably sure it is not the Monaco property.

Has anyone ever seen this mold on the blue XXX chip? Any idea who made the chips with that mold?
