Why would it be Dave's mistake that it was delivered via signature confirmation? Hell, its probably the signature confirmation that got paypal to side with Dave on the claim to begin with. While of course not on a small $ item like the chip Dave sent, but if its around $20 or more and i don't know the buyer, i buy insurance, that requires a signature too I just don't see that it was delivered via signature confirmation as something Dave did wrong.
