Post office has a history of mistakes( belive me, I'm living one right now!)
you did admitt to sig confirmation, and that MAY have caused the problem. maybe
maybe he cannot sign or really never got the oppertunity (happens alot)
I'm with the "pay it forward" crowd, for good business for yourself and the clubs good name.
your reputation won't be harmed by one negitive feedback,... you have a good history!
Think of the good that can come out of sending it!
or perhaps the bad of sending it and him saying he didnt get it...... again!
