The question is, what does the club provide to it's members that makes membership worthwhile? If people don't find value in the club, they won't join and they won't renew. Are more rules what people want? Yeah... that'll hook 'em!

Where's the proposal to offer members a reson to join? Something they can't get from just the chapter. Something worth having.

What if the club made a special chip every year? ONE is included in each membership renewal. They're not for sale by the club. Ever. Period.
