Most of the Harrah's properties had them about a week before Chinese NY. If you get a card made it will have your original Harrah's Property prefix # on your account. Joliet is 131
If you got your Harrah's account at Joliet your account will start with 131. No matter which casino you have it made. My account prefix is 180 (Showboat AC) If I get a card made at Joliet it still will be 180. Hope this is clear enough to understand.
