A local chapter can certainly have guests or some kind of local non-cc>cc membership--some kind of auxillary membership. That can be used to attack new potential members and can serve our local clubs' need to reach out to persons on the periphery. But I am firmly opposed to CC>CC authorized Chapters having full fledged members who are not members of national.

Having said that, I am concerned with the language in the proposed amendment and suggest that it be edited (of course, not by you <g>).
