And again we are back to the same old argument. Read the definition of "chapter" in a dictionary. A chapter is a group of members of an organization that get together on a local level. International members of CCGTCC become members of chapters, NOT the other way around
The forming of chapters was in the very begining my idea and I meant it to be chapters are made up of CCGTCC members. This is a completely different concept than ANA membership. Member Club and Chapter have nothing to do with one another.
