I use the small priority boxes whenever possible. Roughly $14 but there is a 4 pound limit on weight. Same box that costs $5.20 within US.

It is $12.95 to Canada. 90c cheaper than to here.
For 5LB, that is your cheapest option.
It looks like they removed the first class option
