Re: Aspinalls, Aspinall & Aspinall's

I may have not been consistent with my use of apostrophes and Im not sure the spelling is relevant anyway
There were 5 different operations

4 & 5 were just a name change. The others are completely separate

1. The illegal game (mid 1950's - mid 1980's) - pieces do not bear any name
2. Aspinall's (Hans Street, Knightsbridge) - 1972 only
3. Aspinall Curzon (Curzon Street, Mayfair) - 1973 only
4. Aspinall's Club (became just "Aspinall's" when John died) (Curzon Street - 1992-2000)
5. Aspinall's (Curzon Street - 2000 to now)

Jason shows 7 chips on chipguide.
two scroll molds and a CIC from 3. on my list
three inlaid scroll molds from 4. on my list
a current £5 from 5. on my list

The pieces I am offering are from 1. and 2. on my list.
