There is a right way and there is an attempt to save a a few cents sending a chip. I send all of the chips that I sell in a way that I know will not be a problem. I send all single chips in a new KRAFT 000 Bubble mailer 3/4 inch think entirely covered with tape. I send the buyers chips the way I would would want my new chips to be shipped to me and I do not worry at all that I would have to go through the appology and to ship the chips again.
