You are right by all accounts. He did not do actually any of the molesting. Sorry but as a victim of this many many years ago it is one crime I will not forgive someone for. But he knew of it and did not do enough to stop it which meant there were more victims. I see it as simple as the game was more important to him than the follow up to be sure the molesting was stopped. Molesting and murder, no mercy in my book and I have had to live with both.
