I'm not sure what selling chips that were not in hand means. Somebody commented that the M might be holding some back. We are not holding any back unless using them for our own promotions counts as that. Different departments are using them for different things. Monday is the Dragon dance, I think Special Events is giving out some during that. The VIP hosts have some for their Guests and I think the pit is doing some type of Pai Gow - Bacc promo. The different departments requested what they needed and the rest went out to any interested Guest that wanted to get one from the cage.
