Perform the USPS flex test yourself

I notice in section 2.3 of the flat vs parcel section its says: "When a postal employee observes a customer demonstrating that a flat-size piece is flexible according to these standards, the employee does not need to perform the test."

Basically as I see it, keep the bubblemailer under 3/4", less than 10" long, and at least 6 1/8 high, be sure the chip is taped off-center to a paper or something so it doesn't shift around, then place the bubble mailer halfway off the counter and press down with a finger to demonstrate the envelope will bend the required 1". Go ahead and bend it the extra inch even to prove the item is flexible without damage.

If they hadn't spent the last six years' trying to charge me the higher price automatically hoping I wouldn't notice, I likely wouldn't mind the 50 cent higher price now, but they are the ones who started this game.
