Are there any names associated with the notes; scrapbook?

Other than pasteboard, ivory, pearl and silver were used for many theatre/show passes [casino?] while even gold was used for seasonal pit boxes (up to eight seats)... Which were picked up at the reception desk and turned in upon entry...

The piece depicted might be a casino entry pass (though very simiar shape/size for theatre pass).

There are a few UK sites showing such passes in ivory. They look just like gambling chips and plaques, but not.
